If, by the end of a story, I can't (with at least some confidence) categorise the characters into an unhinged meme that's entirely unrelated to the plot, can I even safely say I understand said characters at their very cores?

Finally got to watch The Vourdalak tonight! If you're in the UK, it's currently available to watch for free (with ads) on Channel 4 for the next 5 days and I thoroughly recommend it! If you love vampires it's a must see!

Was looking through one of my human anatomy art books for reference images and wanted to share Eucharius Rösslin's iconic 16th century illustration that I'm choosing to nickname 'skydiving toddler-fetus'.

Some rough pen scribbles for a D&D character concept who's been floating round in my brain for a few weeks. Eitri is a grave domain cleric devoted to Kelemvor, acting as his town's gravekeeper & undertaker. He's also a trained carpenter, cause someone's gotta build the coffins!

So hyped Iron Lung is now available on YT (in some countries) & 2nd watch was still fantastic! It was great to watch with subtitles (my APD makes it hard to follow distorted audio) & be able to go "ooh, I think i just caught a glimpse of something, let's go back!" Still love it! Would recommend!

So, uh.... in Tomodachi Life, my mii married Eileen the Crow from Bloodborne. She has a really weird face to represent her mask. &... uh... those mii's decided to have a baby. She has my eyes???? & her mother's... mask... folds..? Hell is empty & all the devils are on my island.

So I have a journal system for my playthrough of Bloodborne, since there's no in game quest tracker & sometimes I go months between play sessions. This is fun because it means I get to come back and reminisce on iconic highs that are immediately followed up by pride-shatteringly humbling lows!

Had to pause a video about haunted places in Britain at the talk of ghostly bagpipes haunting Edinburgh Castle & the Royal Mile. I need y'all to know it'd be far stranger to be in the vicinity & *NOT* hear the sound of bagpipes! It's 1 of the top hotspots for central Scotland's tourism! 😂

For my birthday a few months back I was given a #whittling kit. My 1st attempt obviously isn't the best (you've gotta start somewhere after all), but I had a lot of fun & managed not to slice my fingers off, so that's a win in my book! (Also happy new year! May 2026 treat you kindly!)
