A real treat this weekend I got to play on a genuine Pioneer Laseractive with Sega Genesis PAC! Serviced by our own BetaGamma and Mr Laseractive himself, @zaxour.bsky.social ! What an amazing machine this is, the audio and video quality is incredible.
Every time Zurich e-mail me about my private pension they put ***encrypt*** in the subject line. Bless their little cotton socks, clearly they have been getting their IT security tips from @sirmichael.bsky.social
Saw that and thought "gotta be a Morph or a RetroTINK", but it's real CRT? Looks great through the Morph too:-
Congrats to Imanok who will soon be enjoying this awesome blue @pixelfx.co Morph4K with analogue bridge. The prize is for the new MSX2 game Chikubi Ninja! This game won third place overall in the recent MSXdev25 competition. Check it out here! - www.msxdev.org/2025/12/27/m...
Just made this translucent Morph4K up for a customer and I'm a little jealous, it looks so cool :)
Did you know we're also active on that quaint little social network/microblogging site called Tumblr?
DMARC,DKIM,and SPF all in place and this still happens regularly 😮💨 Great spam filter there free.fr!
Deltarune and Undertale are both 640x480 base resolution, the CRT simulation you're using effectively halves that to 320x240 so some detail is lost. Undertale actually looks really good on my CRT but you can tell its not designed to as smaller text is illegible.
@sirmichael.bsky.social I have found what I'm sure you will agree is the video game of the year!
Me this morning.. "nah I really need to complete some other games first..." Me tonight:-
Being able to quickly edit or rename profiles from your phone or PC is a killer feature really sets the @pixelfx.co Morph4K apart from its peers. Faffing around inserting/removing SD cards is so last decade! Community created profiles can even be automatically downloaded from the cloud now too.
Parking Garage Rally Circuit on a real CRT? You bet, thanks to OSSC Pro! 1080p widescreen down to 240p 4:3. Also looks great with the PixelFX Morph on a modern display when used with a /4 prescale.
So my 3DO ODE has started saying this whenever I try to launch a game. Only contact information for MNEMO is Skype, which shut down, any ideas how I get in touch with the guy?
Dear clz.com... No, a cloud based website will never be as good as a native desktop app, no matter what your marketing department says.. Update your desktop software.
And just like that, GameID comes to Xbox thanks to MakeMhz and PixelFX. Automatic per game scaler settings such as scanlines, smoothing, zoom/pan now possible for Morph and XboxHD Stellar owners (FW 1.8.x required). GameID is game changing!
Shout out to Frank Keane MG in Dublin for letting my dad and I have a go in an MG Cyberster today! This thing is insane, supercar fast, comfortable and so cool looking. Anyone who says electric is dull needs to try this thing for sure.
Virtual Boy Medallions are back in stock at VGP! videogameperfection.com/products/met... Please note, due to copyright reasons the Nintendo logo had to be removed from this batch, but the medallions themselves still look great and obviously perform exactly the same.
Thanks to Nintendo UK (apparently not on Bluesky yet for some reason so can't @ them) for fixing my launch model switch when the battery started to expand. Couriered door to door, threw in a screen protector & Zelda stickers and didn't charge a cent. Not bad for a supposedly "greedy" corporation!
VIC-II Kawari boards are back in stock at VGP. A modern, accurate re-implementation of the classic computers video chip, this drop in replacement board will have your C64 looking even better than before! Both mini and large boards are available. videogameperfection.com/products/vic...
They say good things come to those who wait, though I wish we hadn't had to wait quite this long! Yep, its the long delayed analogue bridge for Morph. Further thoughts and musings over on my Tumblr - www.tumblr.com/vgperfection...
The Borg might not have liked this particular signal due to its imperfect nature.. but nevertheless a lot of retro hardware used it...now, we're a step closer to a scaler that can use RF too! There's still a fair bit of work to do but looking good so far.
Reminds me of when I got this, trying to install Requiem: Avenging Angel
