🎉 YIMBY WIN! NC is set to end parking mandates for most new development statewide. After passing both chambers, HB 162 heads to the Governor's desk and is expected to become law. Parking mandates increase housing costs and limit new homes. Ending them is a major step toward housing abundance.🏘️
