Used the last of the sourdough bread to make myself a cheesy egg and ham melt. Made sure not to overcook the eggs so they’d finish off when I sandwiched it together. Result was a creamy egg with ham and two cheese (Havarti and American Cheese)
Also thanks to @ladyemily.nebula.tv I know always call these melts and not grilled cheese sandwiches
