DIECHROME is my new @onepagerpgjam.bsky.social game. You play this entirely in your head and it's built around a grounding technique to distract yourself from intense situations. Includes a diceless randomiser and colour-based oracle
I recommend the short film God Is Shy by Jocelyn Charles (2025). Creepy, beautifully hallucinogenic and fleeting. A breathtaking abyss
Reminds me of Banemaster from 1995 which Chessex published. I've got a set, haven't worked out what to do with them yet!
Follow the tale of our young, unnamed narrator dealing with the torching of his village and the immediate, bloody aftermath (there's an accompanying lyrics zine)
I'm in the process of making a nasty dungeon synth ep with this minimal setup and I'm having an absolute blast
this is the sort of thing I make when I'm bored and have a piece of plasticine on my desk
I've always wanted to make a game that uses "go first dice" mathsgear.co.uk/products/go-...
Latest issue of @wyrdscience.bsky.social spotted at @goshcomics.bsky.social❗
Well look what's just arrived! Looking forward to playing this @goblinsandgardens.bsky.social
I almost exclusively use these A5 cardboard mailers. They can cope with a fair amount of zines in one go or I can fold them in such a way as to keep a single item snug. I wrap my items in tissue paper before packing them in.
try making something with your hands that you've never made before, it unlocks some esoteric pathway in your brain
Thinking about the 1996 game Chaos Overlords. Did anyone else play this? I never had a clue what I was doing but was totally captivated
I've had this image open on my computer for ages and I don't know what to do with it so I'm putting it here
This retriggers the Sunderstaff in the bottom right, destroying a 4-power peril in that row and letting me further reap the benefits by playing Warlux Pearl which gains power from destroyed cards
I've been playtesting Brute Fort a lot, trying to balance the 5 new bonus cards. For such a quick game it can have fantastic moments of tension like here where I'm losing badly (12 pts against me), but a well-placed Fleet-Foot Boots in the 11th hour completely turns the tide
JUNJI ITO PINBALL is now over. Thank you to everyone who got involved. All contributions are still viewable here alfredvalley.itch.io/junji-ito-pi...
Yeah it rules. Even my shoddy soldering skills didn't stop me from getting some results
Damn this game keeps surprising me itch.io/t/5995314/ju... *honk if you wish to be the junji ito pinball machine* (I might have to make some bumper stickers)
it was my friend's birthday last week so today on his lunch break I took him for a surprise old timey photo
