Made one of my fav pasta dishes for dinner, spaghetti all’amatriciana. Pancetta, whole cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, parmigiano reggiano, salt and pepper. So simple, so good.
Tonight’s supper: grilled chicken thighs (lime and tarragon marinade), mushroom rice and grilled peppers

This cactus I’ve had on my windowsill for five years came crashing down the other day. Over time it has grown extremely large and top-heavy. I’m debating cutting the bottom of it, letting it reroot and planting it back, or just tossing it because I’d just be delaying the same problem again for later

Picked up the Polaroid storage box that @rainbowbadger.bsky.social 3D printed for me tonight and it’s real nice! Plenty of space, the little movable dividers are a good touch and it’s overall a good storage solution.

Grilling season has started, tonight I grilled some bone-in pork chops, served with couscous and a nice salad
Spent all afternoon working on my car. Swapped to my summer wheels and tires, swapped to my summer mats, gave it a good wash… I have earned myself a nice Margarita as a reward. Cocktail choice was completely unrelated to today’s date :P
Picked up a couple packs of Polaroid film, January production date which is by all accounts the best looking batch yet. Ready for the spring blooms!
