DAVID CELIS: No thanks, Andre. I think it shows a distinct lack of empathy to be running a recruiting platform where people who need work and who may already be unemployed are forced to pay for the “privilege” of getting hired, especially in the current job market. It's should be so obvious that companies who actually have the cash to hire should be the ones paying for candidate placement that this comes off as ludicrously out of touch and the fact that you’ve been able to secure $10M in funding only further entrenches my belief that this industry is run by absolute sociopaths who only care about sucking the working class dry. I truly hope your company crashes and burns.

Hedge funds pulled back from US tech stocks at a record pace over the past two months, according to Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s Prime Services desk.

The cohort was a net seller of the sector in six of the past eight weeks, according to the desk led by Vincent Lin. The cumulative reduction in market value totaled about 10%, marking the largest such retreat from the sector since the data series began more than a decade ago.

one of my favorite macOS bugs is Weather.app's menu bar item forgetting where i am. the only way to fix it is the IT help desk special (turning its location permissions off and on again). it's only been a bug for a few years tho so no big deal i guess

i always use the same recipe for my sourdough pizza, but i tried a tweak this time and subbed out 20% of the 00 flour for Cairnspring Mills' Trailblazer bread flour and got really good results!! not only was the bread itself way tastier, but i got my first consistently puffy crust
