UPDATE: went to a ceramics show at this person’s gallery in San Francisco last night. The art was amazing and I can’t recommend it enough. If anyone is in the Bay Area and is art folk like myself, I’m attaching the flyer. Check it out & support real artists for the next month.

This one i had to snap bc it was so topical. Couldn’t manage to get a photo of this and the tag that said RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES in the same shot. Release the Epstein Files was also a major sub-theme of this year. I saw it tagged everywhere out there.

I made this smoked salmon chowder from my galpal’s dad fresh smoked salmon I also baked a baguette but my buddy insisted on adding soda crackers to the mix.

I made this pie last night! It was like eating a Meyer lemon custard pie! Used my own pie dough recipe plus some lemons from a friend’s front yard tree here in Oakland and it turned into one of the flakiest pastries that I’ve ever had. Would definitely make this one again.

I was camping at this place in Western Idaho last week. It was an 8 hr plus drive from Portland. 80 mins of the drive was down a dirt road around a canyon near some First Nations Reservations. Very remote; no cell / internet. My earthy lesbian bestie’s 40th. So many fun ladies! So many hot springs!
