If it had been applied properly then a cut would have done nothing but make a cut. If you scratch/cut paint it doesn’t come off in big chunks. I feel like this is a basic logic test. It really makes no more sense than saying that the coating had its feelings hurt and peeled because of that.

Not only a tantrum but Trump called it “meaningless”. Seemingly indicative he is intending to not obey Congress. There is a word for that. Trump needs impeached.
