Britain trying to sell this as a serious political drama when blokes in fuzzy hats march up and down doing Bon Jovi cover versions.
Perennial "Farage actually in contemplative mode" screengrab. I like to hope his thoughtfulness at the minute is about how he's made an almighty cock up of this bi-election...
This Saturday if you're in Letchworth come and take part in a couple of comics workshops with me!
Hey @seanferrick.bsky.social , I have never been one for cosplay but I have wanted this jacket since seeing the movie 40 odd years ago- of course, it had to arrive on the hottest day of the year!
from Wiki... As I thought the Beeb had more of an involvement than just broadcasting it.
Hey @seanferrick.bsky.social , can't remember if I've shared the Star Trek The Motion Picture promo magazine before with the unexpected bridge set details...
Pat wrote 'Bullshit' in the script! And thank you, that waas a brilliant strip to draw
post a picture of yourself from the past that puts you in a light people on here wouldn't expect
do you have the Blake&Mortimer Final Pharoah? It's fabulous by him
Dark Horse ran a lot of his b&w stuff in Cheval Noir in the 90s which is where I discovered him. Amazing architecture! My choice for classy but not seen much in English is Jean-Pierre Gibrat, who I described as "What if Gene Colan was French and worked in watercolours?"

Just been reminded of the Wonder Woman 1 Million issue I did for @paulkupperberg.bsky.social back in the late 90s written by Christopher Priest and inked beautifully by John Stokes . I like to hope John has, over the decades finally forgiven me for the detail in this double page spread...
Sketch done for the owner of the Thai restaurant we ate in tonight. A massive Tintin fan but wanted something from my avenue of BD, so I compromised:-)
In Belgium for the Knokke Heist Comics Festival and the view from the hotel balcony is quite lovely
"Boney's high on China White, Shorty found a punk- don't you know there ain't no devil that's just god when he's drunk"
All this talk about the 25th Amendment , I just remembered that way back when I worked for the UK courts, there'd be a Section 8 Committal for anyone as dangerous to themselves and everyone else. Just saying.
Hey, hive Mind- I am trying to find who currently owns the (rejected) cover I did for X-Men 264 need to get a decent scan of it ( colour, 600dpi TIFF) , I will do an original sketch in payment. It was 36 years(!!) ago but hopefully it's out there :-)
