Hey #Medsky I have a stack of physical copies of @accpchest.bsky.social journal from the past few years that are sitting on my desk (after reading through them!). Before I throw them away, does anyone have any creative/constructive suggestions of something else to do with them other than recycle?

I could absolutely see tripping through a cord (nailed a few of those myself), falling into something, or etc. In the ICU it never happens essentially because they are way up and almost behind our monitor setup. I may need to go physically look and see where they are in some of the older wards.

The #AMA has a lot of nerve sending something like this out after letting Trump's bill guy Medicaid and medical education. If "This is how we fight" is what they call fighting, I'm pretty sure my 6 year old daughter could take them out with her Nerf battle axe. #Medsky

A mailer from the AMA trying to tell people how they think that they are actually fighting for physicians. Unfortunately, instead of actually winning the most important battles for their members and patients they are changing boiler plate language and giving awards for burnout reduction programs while the rest of the house is being engulfed in flame.

I keep telling myself to post more here and contribute to the community, so here we go. I wanted to have a bunch of lungs in different artistic mediums and styles to hang in my office. After not finding anything already existing, I started experimenting. I hope people enjoy them. #Pulmsky #Medsky

I know that running clinical trials is hard, thankless work. But I'm reading the #RENOVATE RCT and I don't see a stratification or comparison of obesity in groups comparing NIV versus high flow nasal cannula, and that seems to me like it would be the mother of all confounders. 1/3 #Medsky #Pulmsky
