Only putting this here for motivation so I don’t put it all back on but after a health problem back in May I needed to lose weight. 2.5 stone gone in 8 weeks. It’s been hard as hell but I’m feeling proud of myself right now. Off on the piss again with Dave this week. Pray for me.

It’s official. My children are now both adults. Had a boss time with them both for Lydia’s 18th. The world is at their feet.
