Thanks. Turns out there‘s a box to send a message on the site (but not in the app, for some reason). I've done that and it’s said I should get a reply in ten working days. Hopefully I won’t hit my overdraft limit by then. Think I’m going to have to bite the bullet and call.

They did say they’d request a new prescription from my gp (I pointed out that I already did so, and it was rejected, as they’d already prescribed the correct amount, but this didn’t seem to register). Was told I’d get an email soon to confirm this. No email so I went back on their chat today…

I’ve grown quite fond of this stuff - it’s like non-alcoholic mojito. They did one with cucumber a few years back, which I loved, but I guess it didn’t catch on.
