Almost 2130 just now got the shop under 80° reclaiming almost 40 screens tonight (some not pictured) Reclaiming removes all ink and stencil from the mesh, getting it ready to be recoated and burned with new art The water spray would be surprisingly pleasant if it were not laden with chemicals

sigh finally happened. (For those of you who are new here, there is supposed to be a shirt or hoodie or tea towel or basically any kind of fabric where you currently see those pretty little dice flowers. I just printed some very colorful glue.)

Donating some printed pieces to be used as quilt panels for the local quilting club - they make beautiful sampler quilts featuring the same code used to navigate the Underground Railroad. This is the 4th or 5th round of them we've printed, and their work can be found all over the country!
A little light and water later, and four screens are just about ready to rock. That third screen in the row, the blobby looking one? That's called an underbase - and it'll be a hidden layer of white ink under everything that helps the actual colors become visible/ POP on dark colored garments.
This is how @arielleishere.bsky.social dice flowers are grown! Each of these transparencies represents an ink layer - those black printed parts will eventually become the part of the screens that the ink passes through.
Recently added matte vinyl (and laminate) to the substrate collection and oh em gee am I ever smitten. Glossy stickers are always in style, but sometimes the artwork demands a different vibe. So, yeah - this sultry matte finish is now an option for your custom sticker needs! 🤩
