After quite a bit of finagling, I've finally got my Kobo Libra Color extremely customized! ...and I might play around with it a bit more.
My con haul was surprisingly small, but mighty. I got my first liquid core dice set from Dispel Magic, and I’m in love! More dice, dice earrings, and stickers, of course.
It was great seeing some friends (@talkingxp.bsky.social , @critbard.com) and making new ones (Josh, @mozzarelle.bsky.social, @ttrpgjames.bsky.social, @crystalleplays). And so many not pictured here! I’m terrible at making sure I get pictures with people 🥲
I was so thrilled to finally meet some amazing people whose work I admire in person like @naladraws.com, @byconniechang.bsky.social, and @seaplaysrpg.bsky.social. I also had the opportunity to meet @persephiroth.bsky.social, and @thatbronzegirl.bsky.social but I was too excited to ask for a picture!
I had the honor of being on a panel at my first ever PAXU, and it was full of great people! The conversation had was a good one, and I hope people had plenty to take away from it.
One week post-PAXU and my first time in Philly, and I’m still thinking about it! All the fantastic people I met, the conversations we had, the panels and shows I saw, and just the buzzing magic of creative energy concentrated in one area for the weekend.

Just watched The Six Triple Eight, an amazing movie about the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion, an all-Black and all-female battalion, in World War II. They were assigned the impossible task of delivering a backlog of 17 million pieces of mail within six months. Incredible story.
Ya boy just hit 650 days of Spanish! I know Duolingo is not thee way to learn languages, but it is a start (and I took two years in high school). I’m curious, what’s your favorite way to learn and practice languages? Must be ADHD friendly!
I just finished Spiritfarer, and it’s so good! You play as Stella and find spirits, learn about what they like and don’t like, care for them until they’re ready to move on. You mine, grow, cook, do all the hard work. In short, Animal Crossing with death, and very much for adults.

I’ve been playing Spiritfarer a lot lately, and I just said goodbye to my first spirit 😭😭 it was so sad!!
I need a daily reminder app that’s just as emotionally manipulative as @duolingo is, Apple reminders just doesn’t cut it.
Decided to be petty as hell today, and pay my parking ticket in the smallest change possible. This ticket was for parking in a spot not even 20 minutes. Result: $1 in pennies, $1 in nickels, $4 in dimes + a couple nickels, 45 cents with 4 dimes + 5 pennies, and $16 in quarters + some dimes/nickels.
Butter is also inspired by my roommate’s cat, named Maslow (which means butter) 😌 pictures attached for reference!
