@supinnah
cuties welcome
Just finished Pokemon Shield, though I've still got a lot left to do. I like the combination of big open areas with the usual smaller routes. Having the Pokemon walking around on screen AND in random encounters is kind of a neat idea, but it gets frustrating by the end
finished my Sinnoh Pokedex! there's no diploma to show (the game only gives you one if you see em all, not when you catch em all... who cares) but here's the shiny Manaphy that I got for it
Just finished Pokemon Shining Pearl. Pretty much a tile-by-tile remake of the DS games, with a cute chibi art style and some QOL. It was a lot of fun
why did they have to make the main character's mom in Pokemon Shield so sexy, oooh I want to put my hands in them pockets
Just finished Pokemon: Let's Go Eevee. It's actually great for people who don't really like the battling aspect of the series. Wild Pokemon can be caught with no fighting at all Plus the game is a big throwback to the first game so the mechanics are VERY simplified: no natures, held items, etc
Finished Final Fantasy IV, on the Pixel Remaster. I had a lot more fun this time than the first time I finished it (on GBA), but it's still one of my least favorites in the series. The story is absolutely cuckoo, and the second half of the game is really just one dungeon after another
Finished Assassin's Creed Unity. It's not great! The combat isn't fun, the traversal is annoying, the cover system never works, but it looks nice? And I still find running around 1790s Paris to be a lot of fun, so I dunno
Finished Metal Gear 2 for the... third? fourth? time. Still a little awkward, but such a massive step up from the first game. You can see a much bigger resemblance to the later games, most notably the radar
this splash screen for Assassin's Creed Unity is so funny. why do these guys all look the same. I know they're hyping up the new co-op missions (which are fun!) but it just looks like you're in an army of Ben Starrs
Finished Metal Gear MSX on the Master Collection. It's fun for its time but hard to go back to. Pretty simple gameplay, LOTS of backtracking, and several "how was I supposed to know that" moments
Finished Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India. I like the visual style and the Chronicles games do a great job of translating the gameplay to a 2.5D format, but they demand an incredible level of precision that becomes very frustrating. Happy to move on from this one
Finished Assassin's Creed Rogue. The gameplay is basically ACIV-2, which is not a bad thing, but I'm not mad that they moved on after this There's a lot of stuff for the loreheads, since this is linked to III, IV, Liberation, Freedom Cry, and even apparently Unity (but I haven't played that yet)
"this next movie's called Star Force and it even has humans in it! ...they're Japanese"
Finished Paranormasight: The Mermaid's Curse. A really incredible game, recommended for anyone who loves mystery or adventure games. Every bit as good as the first, maybe even better. PLAY IT
Finished Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars. It was fun! Much more varied gameplay than previous games. As usual though, getting 100% completion was absolutely not worth it
Finished Tsukihime (2000), something I've been wanting to play for years now. It has its issues but it's such a great story with really sweet characters. You're not missing anything if you skip the H scenes though, trust me
I was just reading about the Lego Clone Wars game and wwwwwhat are you talking about
