Well, it appears we have been adopted by a red tailed hawk. He seems to be a juvenile and he never flies away when we go outside. We think he lives in our back yard now. He pays rent by keeping the critter population under control. Moose has named him Pierce.

Nature's pest control in my backyard. Moose was in the yard moving limbs, not being quiet at all, and this hawk was still comfortable hunting. Feels kind of cool that wildlife feels safe to be wildlife back there!
