Ideally I like to get a box it'll all fit in, though the thermometer rarely does.
It was our third wedding anniversary during the week and the traditional gift is leather, so naturally I chose a pattern that was ridiculously complex for my level of "having done zero projects and one class". Made it work though, and now husband has a fancy guitar maintenance kit bag.
It's lashing rain, so it's konbini dinner tonight, courtesy of 7-Eleven. The availability of fast, excellent food at convenience stores here is just unmatched. So many options, hot or cold, and even microwaves and hot water in store for your food. This is anything but a compromise dinner
Shukkeien Garden might just be one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Like stepping into Zelda or your favourite anime for real.

Good news! My hotel water has been magnetically activated, so I will absolutely be able to restore my magnetism while I stay here. A huge relief.

The office gallery wall is coming along quite nicely really. (Gaps are intentional, for more things to come)
A little more today, in between rugby-induced panic. Finished the yellow flowers and added centres to the daisies, all with french knots. Then a little more of the stems and leaves too. More later!
Related: I'll be heading to the National Digital Awards this day next week. I suspect I won't take home the prize, I'm in a tough category with some very deserving winners, but this (plus the above) is a good reminder that I'm making a difference even when it feels like I haven't.
