I miss Wincey enormously. I was lucky enough to become dear friends later in her life which made for this amazing photograph. I had told my friend Rich that Wincey and I had become friends. He thought it was some elaborate joke so invited us both for Christmas. This is his face when we turned up.. 🤣

Here’s my favourite. This picture epitomises ’cosy’ for me.

Our gorgeous little boy Hecktor is gone. And for now, I think he’s also taken my heart with him. I want to scream and cry and smash things. I can’t imagine life without this little lad. Sleep well Hecktor, and thank you for teaching me about unconditional love and kindness xxx

Very reminiscent of Beverley’s ‘Melon Basket Fruit Salad’ on Neighbours. Although that one ended up on the floor…

Beverly from off of TVs Neighbours walking through the kitchen at the Robinson house on Ramsey Street. She has just taken a carved melon from the fridge. It is in the shape of a basket and is filled with fruit salad.

Beverly from off of TVs Neighbours has stupidly relied on the handle of her carved melon basket and the handle has given way. Her basket full of fruit salad is halfway to the floor and she is looking shocked.

I LOVE a funicular! And this one is a beauty: the highest and the steepest totally water-powered railway in the world! Arrived in Lynton too late in the day to ride today, so very excited for the morning! #trains #funicular

View down the rails of the highest and the steepest totally water powered railway in the world. It’s a funicular railway in Devon, England that runs between Lynton and Lynmouth. In the foreground is a bright green carriage. To the right of the carriage we see a vast, steep drop down the cliff side as the rails disappear into the distance.

Had some photos taken earlier in which I don’t look entirely awful or ancient. Just goes to show that sometimes a bit of self-care and compassion goes a long way.
