Where can I find MN Lynx gear? Went to the Lake Street Target, (got a gift card, don't @ me) they've got Twins, Vikings, Timberwolves & Wild shirts and gear but no Lynx anything. It's not even the Wolves, Vikings and Wild's season. The Lynx are the best MN team, this is so blatantly sexist.

My sister in Milwaukee sent me this picture from the Haon Bridge this morning. The other picture is taken just after passing the yellow suspension beams. You should be able to see the skyline and the lake from here. AQI in Milwaukee is over 600 right now 😷😔

And drivers are doing this constantly. They sit right in the crosswalk, "but just for a minute!" while they're waiting for a close parking spot. But when a driver does this every few minutes, it makes the crosswalk a pretty hostile place for pedestrians.

I highly recommend buying yourself a last minute ticket to Brandi Carlisle. The show was magical and full of love. After the show, I fangirled a little when I saw Senator Scott Dibble, and then I noticed Murray Hill and fangirled A LOT & Scott insisted on taking our picture bc he's just a gem ❤️

It is so maddening that my neighbors have worked hard to clear their sidewalks and then the city comes in and piles the snow and ice from the street right on our walkways making it impossible for many people to get around.

A sidewalk shoveled almost down to the bottom and a freshly plowed street. There is a huge berm of ice and snow chunks over a foot high and several feet wide blocking the sidewalk from the crosswalk. It is completely impassable to anyone in a wheelchair and folks who can't climb or balance.

Had to wait an extra light cycle bc this @metrotransitmn.bsky.social driver rolled right up into the crosswalk when I had a green light. When I told him he was in the crosswalk he yelled, "you have more mobility than me!"

Tour de Minneapolis Parks continues!! We rode to Powderhorn Park and Sheridan Memorial Park yesterday. It was a great day for bike riding (minus the reckless drivers, sometimes I feel like a bad parent for bringing my kid out.)

The whole idea of Open Streets is kinda blemished by MPD Traffic Control sitting on their phones while countless drivers roll through this crosswalk. This is just the 1 light cycle I recorded, but I watched about 3 dozen cars cut off pedestrians while I ate my lunch on this corner.

I wish our streets could look like this more than once a year. Kids deserve to play and we deserve some public space not devoted to loud, ugly, polluting cars. #minneapolis
