Private Eye scoops again. Express and Mirror articles are written by PR companies in disguise. Corporate takeover nearly complete.
Count Binface is surely more "Pure British" than Nigel Farage. Unique British Humour. Vote for it, Clacton, please, to save our country. @countbinface.bsky.social
Can we just settle the matter with a"pistols at dawn" contest between Farage and Count Binface?
And you'd think these Bible believers would know their Revelation. Especially the last 2 lines...
Ex Google supremo Matt Britten - now Director General of BBC - may have promised never to divulge Google's secret activities. Now he is top of our national broadcaster. What could possibly go wrong? open.substack.com/pub/broligar...

Our democracy is built on "let's be nice" principles that could be completely trashed in the same way as in the US. We must take action to prevent it. 99-percent.org/wp-content/u...
The evil if division politics needs to be called out. Thank you to all the brave people who do so.
@zackpolanski.bsky.social Did you spot the reference to the Green Party in the new intro graphics to BBC Have I Got News For You?
Underpinning all societal health is not money, it is energy - specifically the efficiency of obtaining it. With a North Sea oil economy, there was a high efficiency of extraction. Its gone. It is now less than a ratio of five to one. Societies with that poor efficiency face austerity. DM for info.
@climatedad.bsky.social I'm concerned that the science behind energy efficiency - in terms of thermodynamics - is ignored in fossil fuel discussions. Look at this 2017 chart of the wide boundary Energy Return on Energy Investment of the UK's fossil fuel energy system. www.mdpi.com/1996-1073/10...

@businessgreen.bsky.social Just thought you should know. Every time I click on one of your links in Bluesky, I get the following warning interrupting me. I can click through to the article but it may put off some people.
The UK is already subsidising the fossil fuel industry with billions.
I expect the Spectator audience are mainly university educated. How can the editors get away with publishing such such stuff. Maybe they've cultivated this over there years.
What is my 96-year-old dad up to? He's telling co-pilot how to fix his printer
