On 7/24, AFT MA locals joined in solidarity with LUCE to hold a 24-hour vigil on the steps of the MA State House to honor those that have lost their lives to ICE violence. We asked educators, librarians, and organizers why they turned out to support the vigil and why they fight for immigrant rights.

ICYMI, we joined Senate President Karen Spilka and Senate leadership today as they announced that Retirement Plus will be brought to the floor for a vote TOMORROW!! As Sen. Brownsberger pointed out, this important step is the result of deep collaboration and grassroots advocacy!
